Thank you for using our new patient appointment management system (powered by Cliniko)! The goal is to empower patients to easily and efficiently manage their own appointment bookings. We have tested this for 2 months and have gotten excellent feedback. Do give it a go!
If you are an existing patient, select Return Visit (Existing Patients). You’ll be prompted to key in some details so that we can match it with your existing record.
If you are a new patient, select Introductory Session (New Patients).
It is useful to check the “Remember me” box so that you won’t always have to fill this up when you book appointments.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen events happen. In such cases, it is possible to cancel your own appointment.
To cancel a particular appointment, search your email to find the Confirmation Email or Reminder Email for the appointment you would like to cancel. There will be a unique cancellation link provided there.
Do help us understand why the cancellation is necessary.
After successful cancellation, if you haven’t already re-booked your next appointment, you can follow the same process above for booking appointments.
